Note: To create vacancies, you must first have a completed company profile.
Go to Vacancies > New Vacancy.
Enter the Title and Description of the job.
2.1. Choose the vacancy language (optional)
Select the Vacancy language that AI should use for the description and questions. If you don't choose a language, it is detected automatically.
2.2. Generate vacancy description with AI (optional)
AI can write the job description for you based on the vacancy title.
Enter the job title and click Write with AI below the description field.
If you have already written part of the description, the button changes to Regenerate Description. You can choose Use my text to build on your text, or Generate from scratch.
You can edit the generated text before publishing.
Note: AI-generated content is a draft. Always review and adjust it to fit your needs.
Choose the Type of Employment (Full-time, Part-time, Freelance, Contract) and Job Location (On-site, Remote). You can select more than one option. You may also specify a city or country in the Location field.
Set the Response Settings:
CV (PDF file or link) — choose whether a CV is Optional, Required, or Not needed.
Video retakes — choose whether candidates can re-record their answers (Allowed) or have one attempt per question (Not allowed).
Write the screening questions. Add from 3 to 7 interview questions. Choose how you want to create them:
5.1. Write with AI
Click Generate to add a question based on your job title and description. Each AI-generated question comes with Evaluation criteria — what to look for in a good answer. You will see these criteria in the Interviewer guide when you watch responses.
To get a different version of a question, click Regenerate. You can also edit the question text.
Note: AI-generated questions are a starting point. Always review them to ensure they match your hiring needs.
5.2. Write Manually
Click Add question and type your question, or choose one of your recently asked questions from the suggestions.
You can change the order of questions by dragging them.
Set the Response time limit for each question — from 30 seconds to 8 minutes. The default is 2 minutes.
Note: Keep questions concise and choose a time limit that is enough for a complete answer.
Your changes are saved to drafts automatically. If you plan to finish the vacancy later, click Save to drafts. To publish immediately, click Save and Publish Vacancy.
Note: You need at least 3 questions to publish a vacancy.
