When job candidates follow an invitation link, they see a page displaying the job offer.
At the top of the page, there are tabs to switch between the Job Description and details About the Company.
The How It Works panel explains the application steps. To begin, click Get started! On a mobile, click Apply for this position.
Note: An unfinished application is available to candidates with the email address used for registration.
Application Process
The application process consists of 4 steps: Registration, Privacy Notice, Introduce Yourself and Video Interview. Once a step is finished, a green tick appears to show that the data has been saved.
Note: Employers don't have access to candidates' data until applications are submitted. Candidates' drafts are private.
Until they have submitted the application, candidates can edit their data by clicking Edit in the bottom-left corner of the relevant card.
Step 1: Registration
You can register using an email, or a Google, LinkedIn, or Facebook account. If you register with an email, you will receive a confirmation code in your inbox.
To continue, agree to the Candidate Terms of Use and click Next Step.
Step 2: Privacy Notice
Before proceeding, you will be asked to review a Privacy Notice and confirm your consent.
The notice explains:
- Who is collecting your data (the employer and Vide Infra)
- What data is collected (name, email, CV and other attached documents, video)
- That your recording is not transcribed or analysed — no AI scores or ranks you
- How long your data is kept
- Your rights under GDPR

To proceed with the interview, you must confirm:
☐ I consent to my video interview being recorded and stored for the purpose of this job application.
Click Next Step after confirming the checkbox.
Note: Employers can see and send messages to the email address that a candidate uses for registration.
Step 3: Introduce Yourself
Enter Your name. Candidates can also add a Link to your portfolio and either a Link to your CV or a CV file (Attach your CV: DOC, DOCX or PDF, up to 5 MB). Employers can access all this information.
Note: The employer decides whether a CV is optional, required, or not needed for the vacancy.
Step 4: Video Interview
Submit Application
To submit an application, candidates should complete all steps and record answers to all questions. Once this has been done, click Complete and Submit.
Cancel Application
After submitting the application, candidates see a confirmation page.
They can delete the application immediately by clicking Cancel Your Application at the bottom of the page and confirming with Delete application.
What Happens After Candidates Submit Their Applications
Once an application has been submitted, the employer gains access to it and can contact the candidate via the email address provided.
