When job candidates follow an invitation link, they see a page displaying the job offer.
At the top of the page, there are tabs to switch between the Job Description and details About the Company.
At the bottom of the page, there is a Get Started or Apply for This Position button.
Note: An unfinished application is available to candidates with the email address used for registration.
Application process
The application process consists of 4 steps: Registration, Privacy Notice, Introduce Yourself and Video Interview. Once a step is finished, a green tick appears to show that the data has been saved.
Note: Employers don't have access to candidates' data until applications are submitted. Candidates' drafts are private.
Until they have submitted the application, candidates can edit their data by clicking Edit in the bottom-left corner of the relevant card.
Step 1: Registration
You can register using an email, Facebook, or Google account.
Step 2: Privacy notice
Before proceeding, you will be asked to review a Privacy Notice and confirm your consent.
Read the information about:
- Who is collecting your data (the employer and Vide Infra)
- What data is collected (name, email, CV, video, transcript, AI score)
- How AI is used (transcription and analysis — video and voice are not analyzed)
- How long your data is kept (up to 12 months)
- Your rights under GDPR
To proceed with the interview, you must confirm both:
☐ I consent to my video interview being recorded and stored for the purpose of this job application.
☐ I consent to my spoken responses being transcribed and analyzed using AI, and to the results being shared with the employer.
Click Next Step after confirming both checkboxes.
Note: Employers can see and send messages to the email address that a candidate uses for registration.
Step 3: Introduce Yourself
Candidates have the option to provide up to two external links (e.g. portfolio and CV) and attach a PDF file. Employers can access all this information.
Step 4: Video Interview
Submit application
To submit an application, candidates should complete all steps and record answers to all questions. Once this has been done, the Finish and Submit the Application button will appear below the player.
Cancel application
After submitting the application, candidates can see a confirmation page.
They can delete the application immediately by clicking Cancel Your Application at the bottom of the page.
What happens after candidates submit their applications
Once an application has been submitted, the employer gains access to it and can contact the candidate via the email address provided.
