How do I reset my password?
Open app.videoapply.io
Click Sign in in the top-right corner.
Click I Forgot my Password.
Enter your email and click Send Password Reset Link.
You will receive an email with a link and instructions.
Can I edit a job after posting?
Yes, posted jobs are available for editing. See Manage vacancies.
What happens if I exceed my plan’s limits?
Any applications exceeding your limit are displayed on the vacancy page, but you can’t access them during the current subscription period. Vacancies that exceed your limit are automatically saved as drafts.
Can I use template interview questions?
Your recent questions are automatically saved and suggested when you are creating a new vacancy. You can reuse or delete them from the suggestion list.
Can I export candidate data?
You can’t export videos. If a candidate submits a CV in PDF, it is downloadable.
Will candidates be notified that I have reviewed and sorted their applications?
If you open an application, it is marked as viewed in the candidate's account. They won't receive any other information about your decisions.
Can I communicate with candidates via VideoApply?
You can send candidates messages, but they can’t write back to you.
Why are new responses not appearing immediately?
After a candidate submits their video interview, their application goes through processing before it appears in your dashboard.
Here's what happens:
1. Video upload — the candidate's recorded answers are sent to our servers
2. Transcription — spoken responses are converted to text
3. AI analysis — the system evaluates answers based on your criteria
Only after all steps are complete does the application become visible to you.
How long does it take?
Processing time depends on the number of questions and the length of the candidate's answers. Typically, it takes about 10 minutes, but it may take up to 30 minutes.
What do I see during processing?
New applications do not appear in your dashboard until processing is complete. You'll receive an email notification when each application is ready for review.
Why can't this be instant?
We prioritize quality over speed. Carefully processing each response ensures accurate transcription and fair AI evaluation, giving you the best possible assessment of each candidate.
How long can video responses be?
Each video can be up to 2 minutes long.
Can I preview what candidates will see?
Yes. See Create and Post a Vacancy.
Can I delete a company profile?
Yes, but this removes all vacancies, responses, and team data permanently. See Manage Multiple Companies.
Can I delete my account completely?
Yes. To permanently delete your account, go to the Menu 
> Settings and click Delete account in the bottom-left corner. If you delete an Owner account, all related companies, vacancies and responses will be permanently removed for all team members.
